Whether you are riding, cheering, or just coming out for the Friday night fun, here is everything you need to know to plan your visit to Wellton.

Most Tour de Fields weekend activities — including Friday night’s Bike Bash — are centered around the Community Center.
Friday, March 20 • Starts at 4:00 PM
Friday Night: Bike Bash
Bike Bash is the official kickoff to Tour de Fields and is open to the whole community.
What to expect:
- Packet pickup & on-site registration
- Food trucks
- Beer garden (21+)
- DJ throughout the evening
- Lighted Bike Parade at 7:00 PM
- Outdoor movie night after dark
- Bike Bash is free, family-friendly, and a great way to ease into the weekend.
Camping & Lodging
Dry camping is available at the park on a first-come, first-served basis

- Microtel Inn & Suites – rooms available with a discount ($$) Tour de Fields participants and families MUST call the hotel directly at (928) 785-3777 to receive the discount (discounts cannot be given by reserving through the corporate website)

Food & Drinks
Friday March 20th:
- Food trucks will be on-site Friday night during Bike Bash
- Beer garden available Friday night for guests 21 and over
Saturday March 21st:
- A Spaghetti Feed will be held Saturday after the ride.
Getting Around & Parking
- Parking is available at the Wellton Community Center
- Additional event parking details will be posted closer to the event if needed
